الحذف من داخل التطبيق

1. افتح Gym Data وسجّل الدخول.
2. في شاشة «اليوم» اضغط زر الإعدادات (الترس) في الأعلى.
3. في قسم «الحساب» اضغط «حذف الحساب».
4. راجع «ما الذي سيُحذف» و«الاشتراك منفصل» و«البيانات المحلية»، ثم اضغط «أؤكد أنني راجعت أثر الحذف».
5. اضغط «حذف الحساب» للتأكيد. وإذا ظهرت رسالة «تسجيل دخول حديث مطلوب» فسجّل الخروج ثم سجّل الدخول مرة أخرى وكرّر هذه الخطوات.

عند اكتمال الحذف يعود التطبيق إلى شاشة الدخول.

الطلب بالبريد دون التطبيق

استخدم الزر أعلاه، أو راسل العنوان الظاهر بعنوان «طلب حذف حساب Gym Data». أرسل الرسالة من البريد المسجل في حسابك، واذكر طريقة دخولك: Apple أو Google أو البريد.

إذا تعذر عليك الإرسال من ذلك البريد، مثلًا لأنك تستخدم «إخفاء بريدي الإلكتروني» مع تسجيل الدخول باستخدام Apple، فاذكر ذلك وسنساعدك على تأكيد ملكية الحساب. لا ترسل كلمة المرور أو رمز التحقق أبدًا. ولا تحتاج إلى تثبيت التطبيق.

ما يُحذف

• هوية الدخول إلى Gym Data في خدمة Firebase Authentication.
• من سجل حسابك: البريد الإلكتروني والاسم ورقم الجوال وطريقة الدخول، ووقت إنشاء الحساب وآخر دخول وآخر استخدام، وإجابات الإعداد التي حفظتها الإصدارات السابقة، والوصول المجاني، وتفاصيل اشتراك App Store.
• على خادمنا herov.net: سجلات تجارب الخصائص، وأي تسجيل لأخبار التطبيق، ونسخة تفاصيل حسابك وعضويتك في لوحة الإدارة. الحذف من التطبيق لا يصل إليها، فراسلنا بعد الحذف من التطبيق لنمحوها؛ أما طلب البريد فيشملها من البداية.

ما يبقى ولماذا

• كل ما سجلته على جهازك: التمارين والتغذية والمكملات وقياسات الجسم والقراءات الصحية والتقارير. لا نتلقى هذه البيانات أبدًا، لذلك لا نستطيع حذفها نيابة عنك؛ احذفها من الإعدادات ← إدارة البيانات ← حذف بيانات محددة، أو احذف التطبيق.
• سجل بأن التجربة المجانية الوحيدة للحساب استُخدمت، ومتى بدأت، وكم استمرت. لا يحتوي على بريد أو اسم أو رقم جوال، ولا يرتبط إلا بالمعرّف العشوائي للحساب المحذوف.
• إذا اشتركت على iPhone: سجل الربط بين اشتراك App Store ومعرّف الحساب المحذوف (معرّفات معاملات App Store والخطة والتواريخ)، وهو ما يبقي كل اشتراك مرتبطًا بحساب واحد.
• سجلات الشراء والدخول التي تحتفظ بها Apple وGoogle وفق سياستيهما.
• قد تبقى السجلات الممحوّة مدة في نسخنا الاحتياطية المشفّرة على الخادم وفي أنظمة Google حتى تُستبدل تلك النسخ وفق جداولها المعتادة، ولا تُستخدم لأي غرض آخر.

المدة

• من التطبيق: تُحذف هوية الدخول وسجل الحساب فورًا.
• بالبريد: نؤكد استلام طلبك ونكمل الحذف خلال 30 يومًا.
• بعد الحذف من التطبيق: تُمحى سجلات herov.net المذكورة أعلاه خلال 30 يومًا من رسالتك.

الاشتراكات

حذف الحساب لا يلغي الاشتراك. على iPhone ألغه من الإعدادات ← اسمك ← الاشتراكات، أو من «إدارة اشتراك Apple» في شاشة الحذف داخل التطبيق.

Delete in the app

1. Open Gym Data and sign in.
2. On the Today screen, tap the Settings (gear) button at the top.
3. In Account, tap Delete Account.
4. Read “What will be deleted”, “Subscription is separate” and “Local data”, then tap “I confirm that I reviewed the deletion impact”.
5. Tap Delete Account to confirm. If the app shows “Recent Sign-In Required”, sign out, sign back in and repeat these steps.

When deletion finishes, the app returns to the sign-in screen.

Ask by email, without the app

Use the button above, or write to the address shown, with the subject “Gym Data account deletion request”. Send it from the email address of your Gym Data account and tell us how you sign in: Apple, Google or email.

If you cannot send from that address, for example because you use Hide My Email with Sign in with Apple, say so and we will help you confirm the account is yours. Never send a password or verification code. You do not need to install the app.

What is deleted

• Your Gym Data sign-in identity (Firebase Authentication).
• From your account record: email address, name, phone number, sign-in method, the times the account was created, last signed in and last used, setup answers saved by earlier versions, complimentary access, and App Store subscription details.
• On our server at herov.net: feature-trial records, any news-notification registration, and the copy of your account and membership details in our administration dashboard. The in-app deletion does not reach these, so email us after deleting in the app and we erase them; an email request covers them from the start.

What is kept, and why

• Everything you logged on your device: workouts, nutrition, supplements, body measurements, health readings and reports. We never receive it, so we cannot delete it for you; remove it in Settings → Data Management → Delete Selected Data, or delete the app.
• A record that the account's one-time free trial was used, when it started and how long it lasted. It holds no email, name or phone number and is linked only to the deleted account's random ID.
• If you subscribed on iPhone: the link record between the App Store subscription and the deleted account's ID (App Store transaction identifiers, plan and dates), which keeps each subscription tied to one account.
• Purchase and sign-in records that Apple and Google keep under their own policies.
• Erased records can remain for a time in our encrypted server backups and in Google's systems until those copies are replaced on their normal schedules; they are not used for anything else.

How long it takes

• In the app: your sign-in identity and account record are deleted immediately.
• By email: we confirm your request and complete the deletion within 30 days.
• After an in-app deletion: the herov.net records above are erased within 30 days of your email.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. On iPhone, cancel it in Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or with Manage Apple Subscription on the delete screen in the app.
