Delete your account

You can delete your MalPlan account and its data at any time, with or without the app.

In the app

Fastest
  1. Open MalPlan and tap the gear icon (Settings) at the top of the board.
  2. Tap «حذف الحساب» (Delete account), then «احذف الحساب» (Delete account) to confirm.
  3. If your account uses email, type your password, then tap «احذف الحساب» (Delete account).

Your account is deleted from our servers at once, and your financial data is erased from your device.

Without the app

  • Email us at herovikd@gmail.com from the address linked to your account, and say that you want your account deleted.
  • If you do not know which email is linked to your account, give the mobile number you entered in the app.
  • We delete the account within 30 days of receiving your email.

What is deleted

  • Your account in Google Firebase: your account identifier and sign-in method.
  • Your email address, name and mobile number.
  • The one-way hash of your password, if your account uses email.
  • The dates the account was created, last signed in and last used.

Your financial data

Your financial data was never on our servers; it is stored only on your device.

Deleting in the app erases it from your device. If you delete the account without the app, delete the app from your device to remove it.
